Welcome to our charming summer house on Resarö, located in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Our cosy summer paradise is perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. The property features a large and beautiful garden.

About the house
The house is situated close to the Paviljon—the island’s restaurant—the beach, and a fantastic swimming area, perfect for those warm summer days.

The property boasts one of the oldest and most beautiful gardens on the island, covering an impressive 4,000 square metres. Just a minute’s walk to a cosy dock for morning swims.

The house features simple yet comfortable furnishings and is the perfect spot for a summer getaway—

The house has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to five guests, with three rooms featuring single beds and a master bedroom. The living room has a large table with room for everyone, a seating area, and an open fireplace for cooler nights. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with showers and a washing machine (2023), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

There’s also a sauna and an additional bathroom in the guest house.

On the patio, there is a large dining table, a gas grill, and a lounge set where you can relax. There’s also a sunny south-facing balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the view. For those who love to stay active, there’s a tennis court available, opportunities for running in the forest, and a summer restaurant called the Paviljon nearby.

The supermarket is a five-minute walk from the house, which is also where the bus stop is located if you want to go into the city of Vaxholm (with all it has to offer) or to Stockholm.

Vaxholm is lively during the summer, with several restaurants, shops, and Vaxholm Fortress.
 It’s just a five-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride from the house.
