Welcome to our lovely home in Tarifa, perfect for kitesurfers, families, and groups. 300 metres from Los Lances Beach, in the best Al Jara residential complex. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and dining area, a rooftop sun terrace, 2 terraces, and a private garden—not to mention the wonderful, spacious community garden with a pool, kids’ pool, paddle tennis court, and playground. 2 private garage spaces and a storage room for sports equipment and bikes. The house is modern and well-equipped. Sleeps 9 people.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor—one with an en-suite bathroom, another full bathroom next to the other two bedrooms, and a third bathroom on the ground floor. All rooms have large, built-in closets.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one bedroom has an adult-sized bunk bed. You can also use the sofa in the living room to accommodate one person. We also have a double self-inflating air mattress.
There is an adjustable desk and monitor perfect for working from home. Sports equipment is available for workouts, such as a mat, resistance bands, and exercise rolls. There are two parking spaces in the garage with direct access to the ground floor, and an electric charger for electric vehicles is located in the garage.
We can provide baby and toddler gear: 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, children’s cutlery and plastic plates, a balance bike, and plenty of toys.
The garden is perfect for children and adults: a large grassy area with paths for running and playing, a built-in playground, and the pools are enclosed by fences.
There is a padel court in the garden available to guests free of charge.
The pools are usually open from April/May through October.

No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

A security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
