The house itself is beautiful and generally as advertised. Unfortunately, our experience with the management completely overshadowed our stay.We paid nearly 30,000 for one week, yet despite the advertised 3:00 pm check-in, the property was not ready until almost 9:00 pm. Before arriving, some of our guests had simply asked whether they could drop off their luggage early, and Andrea (the house manager) seemed irritated by the request. We soon discovered why.The property had apparently hosted a huge party the night before, and the cleaners had been unable to restore it in time. When we arrived, there were empty bottles throughout the property (including in the pool), vomit on a sofa, broken plates and vases, a broken kitchen sink, and general mess across all three villas and the shared grounds. When we questioned this, we were told the damage had been caused by the previous guests. However, the following day someone came to collect speakers from the party and told us he was a good friend of Andrea and that Andrea had authorised the event. This directly contradicted what we had been told by both Andrea and the host, Carolina, and seriously damaged our trust. We requested reasonable compensation for effectively losing the first day of our holiday. Rather than apologising or trying to resolve the situation, Andrea became extremely aggressive. Avoid at all costs.
