Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Upon arrival, we discovered that Aryan, the host, had double booked the property, and we were left stranded for hours without accommodation or clear communication.
The host eventually provided an “alternative” accommodation, but we were only granted access to the new property at 8:30 PM, resulting in a full day lost, and our perishable groceries spoiled during the wait. Even after being "prepared" for us, the alternative apartment was not clean, had a strong foul odour, and was clearly unprepared for guests.
The host acknowledged responsibility and promised a refund for one night’s stay and reimbursement for the spoiled groceries. He explicitly asked us not to raise this through the booking platform and that he would provide the refund. However, despite daily follow-ups and multiple promises (first of cash payment, then bank transfer), no refund has been made.
We have made every attempt to resolve this directly and reasonably, but Aryan has consistently failed to deliver on his commitments. He has wasted our time, money, and completely disregarded his responsibilities as a host.
