Nice Stay

My Friends and me really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for larger Groups. Host is really nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at la Villa Topaia

We had a wonderful stay at la Villa Topaia. Everything was clean, very comfortable and the villa is well located. Communication with the host was very easy and super convenient! Will come again for sure.

Superb villa for a large party (we were 17- using all the 8 bedrooms)

Superb villa for a large party (we were 17- using all the 8 bedrooms). Brilliantly looked after by matteo and Giulia. The pool is fabulous - and everything looks better than the photos. The in house dining option was cheap and cost effective. It’s a 5 minute drive into Borgo San Lorenzo - which is a fairly cute typical Italian small town. The vineyard up the hill (3 minute walk) was also great. Overall - brilliant.

Our larege group of 13 had a lovely stay at La Topaia. The house and grounds are beautiful and the pool is fantastic! Our hosts, Giulia and Mateo were so nice, very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. Communication with them was very easy. Borgo San Lorenzo is a nice little town with all the amenities one could need.
