This family condo is on the top floor with ocean and mountain views. indoors is 1350 soft with the lanai it's over 1400 sq ft. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom unit is a great vacation rental for larger and multiple families that have a hard time finding a place for a large family, 3rd story. This is a lovely ocean / mountain view condo. It is in the central location of Maui, and only +/-11 miles from the airport. We are central to many activities, shops, restaurants, tours, and beaches on the island.
This Resort has a wonderful Sauna, pool and hot tub, just steps away from the unit and offers a wonderful area for family BBQ"s and a outdoor eating area and a outdoor kitchen in which you can cook to keep the heat out of the condo. You can sit, have a drink, and eat all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Maui. This is not something every resort can offer. It offers, just outside the gated pool area, tennis and Picker ball courts along with a large area for play and picnics. A few steps further and you are standing on the beach and in the Pacific Ocean. This is part of a 6 mile beach in which you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun sets or you could simply enjoy the morning breeze, go for a jog or leisure beach walk while dipping your feet into the great Pacific Ocean. You could even go for a quick swim. Absolutely spectacular. Just be sure to rinse your feet before entering the pool area. There is a water tap provided just before you enter the pool and a shower inside the gated pool area. It offers a ground shuffleboard
This condo has a large lanai and split air conditioning system in every room.. Great for those hot days.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a Cal king bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal king bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The 3rd bedroom features 2 queen beds and a reading area above the bunks.. It also has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded. We have also included a stock of plastic dishes for you to take to the pool if you are wanting to eat there the as glass is prohibited. We provide you with a full sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent. There are some garbage bags, scrubs, and soap as well to get you started.

We offer our onsite vehicle Honda Odessy for you to use (not required to use). We just require insurance proof that you are insured to drive another’s vehicle and that you wash and clean it in and out and have the fuel tank full as you receive it.
