A spacious, bright, and welcoming villa with a private pool and garden, offering complete privacy and tranquility. Ideal for escaping the daily stress and noise of the city.<br><br>From approximately June 1 through September 30, our guests can enjoy a beautiful infinity pool (12x6) and 4,000 square metres of private garden.<br><br>The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and a solar power system. Each suite features a double bed; the rooms are separate and offer excellent privacy.<br><br>The living room is the villa’s true highlight: modern, spacious, and bright. It is fully glazed on three sides and overlooks the pool, making it one of a kind. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to electric blackout curtains and the highest-quality window frames on the market, which insulate the villa from outside noise.<br><br>In the living room, you’ll find a large dining table as well as a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax.<br><br>The American-style kitchen is the highlight of the house. It’s modern, very spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for cooking a family meal.<br><br>There are two spacious bathrooms with windows, featuring glass-enclosed shower stalls and wall-mounted fixtures.
