Fantastic outdoor space which was very well equipped with loungers, tables, washing lines etc. Inside a bit dated but all in all a lovely stay. Beds were comfortable and the area itself was very peaceful. Bit of a walk up the hill if you are unfit but we really enjoyed our break. John was very helpful organising the taxis to and from the airport and we appreciated being able to check in early.

Wonderful stay in Nerja. Although at the top of a steep hill the apartment is a fantastic location and 10 min walk to the beach. Around 20 minutes walk to the old town although a lovely coastal path however good variety of restaurants on your doorstop. Lots of room for a family and impeccably clean. Not overly modern but for what you pay the apartment is fantastic value. Lovely gated community that felt very safe. Wonderful communication and very smooth check in. We would highly recommend this property to others. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was lovely with all amenities needed. Location was 6 minutes walk to burinna beach and about 20 into town. The only downside is nerja is very hilly and the apartment is on a very steep hill, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or people with buggies. However for 2 adults and 9 - 15 year old kids it was fine. Host extremely helpful, we had 2 issues which were rectified immediately.

Nerja, Burriana Beach

Lovely house in an excellent location. Everything was clean and tidy as to be expected. John was great. He called round and mended the washing machine as soon as I contacted him and was very flexible and accommodating with requests. Both Burriana Beach and Nerja have lots to offer in terms of eating out. We had a great week.

The three bed apartment was well appointed with effective aircon in every room - the kitchen was well equipped and both the indoor and outdoor dinning areas were perfect. The sun terrace above was an extra bonus and the excellent shared pool was only few steps away from the front door. Location wise the apartment is a 10 minute walk from Burriana Beach with all the bars, restaurants and beach attractions but it's a steep walk up and down and there were also a lot of steps in the apartment complex for anyone with mobility issues - although there is a lift. It's also a short 20 minute walk into Nerja using the coastal path to avail of all of the attractions of the town. There is on street parking outside the apartment and we had no issues finding a space in October but it might be a bit tighter at the height of the season. We did have a few issues with the initial cleanliness of the apartment but thankfully host John was able to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Wunderschöner Ausblick in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Nerja. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Stadt vom Meer bis zu den Bergen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, weil es steil bergauf geht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, Antworten kamen immer schnell. John war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles.Nur für die Sauberkeit gibt es etwas Abzug. In den Ecken, unter den Betten und hinter den Bettschränkchen war es sehr staubig. Da wurde länger nicht gefegt oder gesaugt. Und die Ameisen (ein paar wenige) waren etwas lästig.Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
