Ideal for 2, 3, or 4 people, it sleeps 4 and is suitable for short- and medium-term stays for tourism, work, study, medical treatment, or caring for relatives.

For reservations made by 1 or 2 guests, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE, only the double bedroom will be made available, NOT the second bedroom.
If you have different needs and the two guests require separate beds, please contact me so I can provide bedding for a single bed.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a form of identification to comply with the requirement to register guests in the guest registration system.
No smoking. Fine: 250€.
