In the popular holiday home area by Sønderballe Strand you will find this high-rise holiday home with a really nice view of the water. The cottage has 25 m2 conservatory facing the water. From the living room as well as in particular from the conservatory you get the most beautiful view of the water, so you can follow life on the water. Outside you will find 92 m2 of lovely terrace areas that surround almost the entire house, so you can enjoy the outdoors from morning to evening. There is a swing. The house is only approx. 150 meters from the beach, which is known for being very child-friendly as well as there are several bathing jetties. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
