The Trewhella home has old world European charm with modern amenities. The location near city center is perfect for walking, enjoying restaurants or just sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. Ida was a wonderful host and made sure our stay was comfortable.

This apartment was perfect for location. The host was very helpful, friendly and made sure we had want we needed. She assisted us in getting the taxi to the train! I would highly recommend this apartment.

We were rebooked here after a last-minute cancellation. It was lovely! Beautiful apartment with hand-painted tiles and ceilings. The balconies are beautiful and it's right at the heart of all the action. Being so close to the town centre, I do suggest you bring ear plugs. It's the perfect mix of historic heritage home and new modern appliances. There's a cafe right downstairs for breakfast, and everything else you could ever need within a km.

Ida really made the check in and out easy, the apartment was secure, setting was fabulous, she thought of everything, apartment was well decorated, high ceiling, newer kitchen, large TV, very nice and clean bathrooms, towels provided for all. It is close to everything.

Trewhella Home, Centro storico, Duomo. The location was perfect, right in the center of Catania. Walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Train and bus station was also within walking distance about 1 mile away. Would highly recommend the coffee shop next door for breakfast. All his food and pastries were delicious!!!! Ida, although we never got the chance to meet her was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with her though the what’s app. S he replied to us very promptly. The apartment was spacious and elegant. We had a wonderful 7 day stay there. We also appreciated the snacks Ida left for us!! I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Ida for a great stay at your beautiful property. When we come back to Sicily we will definitely stay there again. It is a walk up but was easily manageable.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and very spacious. The views from the balcony were great. We enjoyed being outside and watching what was happening on the streets below. Due to the wonderful location being so close to the action, it can get a bit noisy at night, but nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix. I would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed walking to all the sights and restaurants and our check in and check out was seamless.
