Located just 600 metres from San Telmo Park and the historic centre, this cosy 30m² studio was completely renovated in April 2024, combining warmth and modern comfort for a perfect stay.

Prepare your favourite meals with ease. The kitchen is equipped with all essential amenities, including a capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer and a spacious refrigerator.



Sleeping space:

Enjoy a restful rest in a 140x200 bed. In addition, the studio has a practical work desk and a television for your entertainment.

Perfect for remote work, our studio offers a fast and reliable internet connection, ensuring a smooth experience for all your professional needs.
