Being on the 8th floor, the water pressure can occasionally cause issues, and while the plumber showed the reset procedure, we completely understand that it shouldn’t have happened more than once. Regarding the buckets on the terrace, you're absolutely right — we should have informed you about them beforehand, and we apologise for the lack of communication.
