Great property

Condo was very nice. Clean comfortable.Could use some ceiling fans, no ceiling fans anywhere in the home. Kitchen utensil’s lacking a bit. No wire whisk, no colander, just stuff that has to be caught up with. The host was fantastic.The home could use a grill.

1/5 Stars - Our stay did not match the listing description 1. The listing blatantly misrepresents the location of the property. The 'house' icon shows the location at a property not represented by the Host. It shows the location closest to the beach when in fact, the property is a trek away. It will be a FAR walk in the blazing heat carrying all your gear down to the beach. It will be even worse walk when you have to climb a VERY steep hill back to the property. The heat will exhaust you. You won't be happy. 2. The Host was not responsive at all. So if you have an issue or a problem, don't expect any help from Denise. 3. There were no starter items at the Property (paper towels, dish soap, tissues, shampoo/conditioner) except half roll of toilet paper. The Teflon coated pots/pans were heavily scratched and not safe for cooking consumption. The limited cooking utensils were stained and misshaped from overuse. 4. You will be threatened with extra charges despite the listing stating that "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees." 5. The Wi-Fi is weak. We tried contacting the host multiple times during our first day to report these issues, but we received no response or assistance. For the price of this luxury property, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and basic attentiveness from the host. In my opinion this Host is not trustworthy and therefore I cannot recommend this property and I would be weary of any other property managed by this Host.
