Spectacular location! It really is an endless blue seafront retreat. Charming, traditional house, overlooking the beautiful Messinian bay and with a lovely garden. Stathis and Marina, the property owners, are very helpful and welcoming.

Really wonderful patio and view. Small kitchen, but only real complaint was the hand-held showers - very awkward to use.

The view is exceptional and worth booking this property for alone..the beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable with good mattresses though the bed on the smaller bedroom is squeaking.There is plenty of space for 3-4 people to relax though the kitchen can really only have one person working in it at a time.As other reviews state, the bathrooms are run down but perfectly functional..there is occasionally a sewage smell from the smaller bathroom but we found that pouring some bleach down the drains helped get rid of the smell. Everything you need is provided including toiletries, basic cooking items, towels, blankets, etc.Other people mentioned having to park off site. this is not true, if you pull in tightly you can park right in front of the house, it is fine and our car was safe for the week we were there. you do need a car to enjoy the area but the house is a perfect base. There are a few good restaurants very close, 15.minutes walk one way for 2-3 nice places on the beach with very good food, and a other taverna only 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed getting food out to heat up and make our own sides and salads to go with it. We had such a lovely relaxing time at this house and would love to come back and recommend to others but please understand it is a little run down, but this is reflected in the price. The host is very helpful and responsive and if you are someone who isn't bothered by minor imperfections this is a great house at a great price in a perfect location

Our stay here was ok. Pros: the view is amazing, updated kitchen appliances, great location Cons: the listing said there is parking and there is no way to park in front of the house, you have to park down the street in a lot and walk to the house, the water in master bathroom barely comes out. It trickles out, house is not updated except for kitchen appliances, a/c is only in living room, not bedrooms. If you only care about the view, this place is perfect.
