Beste Mike, Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling. Wat fijn om te lezen dat u Villa Mistral een prachtig huis vindt en heeft genoten van het grote terras, het zwembad en het fantastische uitzicht. Het spijt ons dat u in één van de kamers een rioollucht heeft ervaren en schimmelaanslag in een douche heeft aangetroffen. Wij nemen deze opmerkingen serieus en bespreken ze met de eigenaar, zodat beide punten gecontroleerd en verholpen kunnen worden. Wij hopen u in de toekomst nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen! Wat fijn om te lezen dat u zo heeft genoten van Mistral en dat u de ruimte, het comfort, het prachtige uitzicht en de complete inrichting zo wist te waarderen. Ook leuk dat de aanwezige handdoeken en strandhanddoeken een fijne verrassing waren en het inpakken een stuk gemakkelijker maakten. Bedankt ook voor het delen van uw verbeterpunten. De temperatuur van een niet-verwarmd zwembad is natuurlijk afhankelijk van het weer en kan soms wat frisser aanvoelen. Ook waarderen we uw opmerkingen over de wifi en de omheining zulke praktische feedback helpt ons en de eigenaar om te bekijken waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn. Wat geweldig om te lezen dat jullie vooral hebben genoten van de rust, het comfort en de omgeving en dat jullie Mistral van harte zouden aanbevelen. Dat is voor ons het mooiste compliment. At the same time, we are truly sorry to read that certain aspects of the outdoor cleanliness and equipment did not meet your expectations. This is clearly not the standard we strive for. We have already shared your comments with the property manager and the local team, and steps will be taken to improve the maintenance of the sunbeds and outdoor facilities.
