In the historic centre of Anguillara, housed in 17th- and 18th-century buildings, a picturesque and unique holiday home with a lake view and a small garden, a three-minute walk from the town square, where bars and restaurants are located.

A spacious room of about 40 square metres, with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub, located at 7 Via delle Rupi.

A dining room with a fireplace and a separate entrance from 9 Via delle Rupi.

Three steps down from the dining room lead to the kitchenette: an excellent workspace, equipped with everything you need (induction cooktop).

An antique wooden door at the back of the kitchenette closes off the entrance to the vast cave, which was used in ancient times to house animals and store food (the cave is not accessible to guests).

On the same floor is a small bathroom with a toilet, a handheld shower, and a sink.

The French door from the dining area leads to the garden (five steps up), nestled among the buildings on Via delle Rupi. The garden does not have a lake view.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a lake view, a small bedroom with a loft bed (220 cm high), a bathroom with a shower, and another separate entrance on Via Pratuccio 21.
