We purchased this home in August of 2017 and have updated both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, and living room! It looks great and is ideal for 2 couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. We live in the home next to this rental. My husband and I take pride in making it look great and we want our guests 100% satisfied with their stay in own town and in Viola's Place! We will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

Why they chose this property

Our neighbor of 20 years (Viola) moved out in July of 2017 and we purchased this home with the idea of making it a vacation rental in our town. There is always something going on in Frankenmuth and people who want something different than a hotel, who want a place of their own, within walking distance of places in town, with great comfort and at a great price need look no further!

What makes this property unique

The main floor is all new. New flooring, new appliances, new stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings, and in a great quiet location. New patio off the back of the house with a propane fire pit and patio chairs mid-June 2018. You can see Main St. from this home and it is in walking distance of all the major events in town. Viola's Place is perfect for a family of 4-6 or those in town for a wedding weekend! Mid-week business traveler? We are perfect for you as well!
