The studio 40 sq.m. is divided into two floors. On the 1st floor there is the living room, a double sofa bed, the kitchen (which is fully equipped with all electrical appliances: Nespresso machine, kettle, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has disposable sanitary ware, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, etc.). On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The modern studio is equipped with two TVs with terrestrial and IPTV channels. Especially on the 2nd floor there is a Playstation5 gaming console, air conditioning and autonomous oil heating. In the private garden you can relax in the jacuzzi, use the barbeque and enjoy your stay in beautiful Aegina.
