Sadirac, which sits about 30 minutes from Bordeaux, was a great place to get away from the bustle of the city while positioning us well to explore Bordeaux wines. So the fact that the property is a converted wine cellar just adds a touch of spice to a special trip.

Bordeaux region stay

The former wine cellar stay was very much like we wanted. Some rustiness but plenty modern with all the conviences. we cooked often and enjoyed eating on the patio. It is secluded and quiet - a good 20 minutes from the city, but we enjoyed it. Jean Micheal was great with instructions and communications even though he was on holiday in Italy. Would book again for sure.

A quirky former wine cellar, in a lovely rural French village

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We spent a day touring the wine regions of Bordeaux, and the cottage was equally wine-themed which really put us in the mood! One of our party uses a wheelchair, and the cottage worked well for him. There is a large walk in shower (wet room style), and plenty of space. We loved the wine bottle on arrival, the coffee machine, and the fact that the cottage remained cool regardless of the searing sun outside. We also loved the decor.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wij waren bijzonder enthousiast over ons verblijf in Sadirac!
