Great house for 2 people in Ardales, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Located in the heart of the Guadalteba region, this loft-style house has a modern design and is part of an apartment complex.

The property has a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and an open kitchen with microwave, fridge and ceramic hob.

The complex has a common room for watching TV, a cafeteria and a library, as well as a gym available from 9.00 to 22.00 hours.

On the roof terrace of the building there is also a swimming pool and sunbathing area available in spring and summer from 10:00 to 21:00 hours.

For bookings of seven nights or more, use can be made of the laundry area, equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. There is also a private car park with an additional cost of 5.50€ per day.
