We had a great stay at Heather's house. It was plenty big for my large family, walkable distance to ice cream, the pool, food, and my son especially loved the nutrition smoothie place. Would stay again!

Would definitely stay again

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the short walk to the pool. The house lent itself very well to our multigenerational crew and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend this home and would love to rent it again.

This location was a great spot! Super close to the beach and other attractions but also tucked in a quaint and private neighborhood with a gorgeous pool. Heather was very attentive and quick with communication. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange Beach!

Great Location!

Great location! You can use the golf cart or walk to the beach. Pool area was perfect. House is beautiful and was fully stocked! We had an awesome time! Oh and went to the front of the neighborhood for ice cream or donuts at Pete’s. We will stay again for sure!

Very nice house, the only thing if any complaints is there weren’t very many storage bowls to store leftovers. It still no big deal, I just went and bought them. I left for the next ppl. Heather is very nice host, I will rent again.

Beach Trip 2022

First, let me say that I am grateful to have had time with my family in a large house within walking distance to the beach! The time is priceless. The inside of the house was great, very clean and decorated very cute, plenty of room for my family party of 8. However, the outside not so much. I am not sure, they might have had storm damage, but the entire outside is under renovation/construction. I understand this in unavoidable if due to storm, but we were not told of this situation until literally a few hours before our arrival. There was a huge dumpster in back yard, nails EVERYWHERE. The outside condition was very unsafe, especially if there would have been young children. The trash can outside was over flowing we arrived. They provided two inside trash bags for 8 people! We had to actually put trash in the construction dumpster and my son's girlfriend hurt her foot in that process. There were not even enough forks for the entire group, which is kind of unacceptable for a house of this price point. In addition, it was extra to rent the golf cart. It was a brand new cart and held six people so that was great, but having to pay extra doesn't seem right based on the conditions. I am shocked that they didn't even offer some sort of concession for the external condition of the property?? The whole neighborhood is under construction with renovation and build. I think in a few years it will be a very nice neighborhood.

Hi Jeff, I can understand your point of view and the inconvenience of what you’ve stated in your review. I do apologize for the inconveniences your experienced, however, our house did undergo substantial storm damage and it has been a much longer process than anticipated to get our house fully completed since the storm. The outside should have been completed before your arrival, but that was out of our hands and I communicated with you the best I could when I got word of it. I was not aware of the outside nail situation or the fork situation. If I had been made aware of these things, I would’ve immediately contacted our contractor or housekeeper to rectify the situations. A rental agreement was sent to you in advance and it states all what the house/housekeepers provide. This helps our guests be prepared on what to bring or what not to bring. It also states to please contact me with any questions you may have. I make sure to make myself readily available, by phone, to all guests incase any situations arise.

Beach house fun!

We loved renting this home for our family vacation to the beach! Very open and clean, cute, and close to the beach and pool. We especially loved sitting on the front and back porches, walking down the street to the pool, and relaxing/playing family games inside. Perfect amount of room for our whole group to enjoy, and great location for easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pool! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Fall Break Beach Get Away

Spacious beach house with all the necessary amenities. We were able to truly relax both indoors and on the front porch. We love the location and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Check in was a little challenging with the keypad at the front door not working, but we were able to gain access through the backdoor with the same access code.

Great Family trip

The home was everything we needed. The only problem was none of the information for entering the house was updated. We were locked out for almost an hour and the owner didn’t contact me until the next day. Luckily, VRBO customer service had the updated information and our trip continued. Loved the area and the house.

Beach Paradise!

Beautiful, clean home just as pictured and described. Kitchen and front porch were great for a group. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the huge pool, gulf state park trails and beach! Some light blocking curtains and storage in master bedroom would be a plus, but overall it was awesome! Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful beach vacation!

This house gave us the home base for a relaxing beach vacation. 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a 10 year old made great use of the space and wonderful location. Plenty to do, including a lot of just hanging out. Highly recommend for a large group wanting to be together but have personal space, too.

Very clean and well maintained. Love the proximity to the beach. Should have extra propane tank available or make sure it is full for next guest. Shouldn't have to worry about filling it. The community pool was only cleaned once in our week stay there, don't know if you pay toward that maintenance but was disappointed in maintenance of the pool. Loved the week and would recommend to family and friends. P.S. sorry this is so late
