Lovely, clean flat in peaceful location.

Very handy for Aberdeen Aquatics Centre. Quiet, residential location. Excellent communication throughout.

Nice flat and close to University but common stair lets it down

The flat was very clean and was exactly the location we needed when helping our son move into Student Accommodation. But the common stairway was not nice and being top floor not good if you have any mobility issues. Had basic level of equipment but not great - the lack of corkscrew and bottle opener was a surprise.
