Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
The location was good, but the property had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The washing machine didn’t work properly, a bathroom faucet handle was missing, a wall tile kept falling off, and the comforter was very dirty. We also had to purchase additional toilet paper. Overall, the property needs more attention to maintenance and cleanliness.

We had numerous problems during our stay that I think you should be aware of. The washing machine does not spin the water out sufficiently, and the cold-water faucet handle in the bathroom was missing. Initially, there was also insufficient hot water, although I was able to resolve that myself by turning up the water heater. There was a tile in the bathroom that repeatedly fell off the wall. We also did not have enough sheets when we arrived, although you did bring additional sheets. However, the comforter was extremely dirty and really should be replaced. In addition, there was not enough toilet paper provided for four people staying for a week, so we had to purchase more ourselves. Overall, there were simply too many maintenance and cleanliness issues for a property we expected to be properly prepared for our stay.
