The location was great! We had issues with check-in and weren’t able to check in at 4pm which was the set check in time. The place also had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Overall not great but not bad either.

While the property itself was fine and met our needs for our trip, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with our host, Belvilla by Oyo. We had issues getting our check in information and we didn't have linens or a pillow for one of our guests. We reached out to our host 10 TIMES through various means (text, whatsapp, and direct messaging) and we received ZERO communication back. We received automated emails with contact information for a concierge, and when we reached out to the concierge, he said that he couldn't help us with our problem and then read our response message and never replied again. I have NEVER had this poor of an experiene with a rental host. I DO NOT recommend booking any properties with Belvilla by Oyo.
