Location was ideal. However, the apartment was too stuffy, very hot and fan was no good. Air conditioning would have made it comfortable. Permanent, dirty brown stains in toilet, no ventilation in bathroom; extractor fan not working. Windows and areas around windows, filthy; shower curtain old, dirty and needs replacing; same as the blind for the main window. Not suitable for a family of 4. Stairs going up to bed dirty. Apartment not ideal for older or much younger people/children, or those with health problems as there are approximately 70 steps to the top; no lift. Overall disappointing.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
