A perfect location for a quiet vacation

In the end, we ended up staying for nearly three weeks at the place. The place is perfect for those looking for a safe, quiet, calm and comfortable accommodation in Puerto de Santa Maria. The host was very kind and very responsive and we couldn’t have enjoyed less our stay. Special thanks to Ole Solutions staff (Chari and Ainhoa) for their tremendous support, response and solution oriented customer services. They were very kind and always available to respond to any request. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. What you see on pictures is exactly what you get - well done to the owner and to the host (Ole Solutions). We will definitely not hesitate to come back. Gracias Nothing in particular

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The house was wonderful. Very clean. I arrived early and before my family and was going to stay at a hotel but we decided to ask if the property was available 2 days prior. Communicating that was a little more difficult than I thought it would be mostly because of my limited basic Spanish. However, we managed to make the arrangements. Also my limited time using VRBO didn’t help with communication. The stay was pretty uneventful and nice. On our last day the gate opener failed to open with the remote. The manual release needs a key, that we did not have, so we did have to leave one of the rental cars there and all go up in one that was outside the gate. Hertz did get hold of Ole Solutions or the owner and that was taken care of. We did leave a message and try to call prior but were unable to reach anyone quickly. (I would say pretty low odds that that problem would strike so close to departure but it did). Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. I would use it again for a family event.
