This is a high quality apartment in a very good location. You are a 15 minute walk from the Art Nouveau museum and the heart of the canals and restaurant area. There are 2 small grocery stores within 2 blocks, and a few restaurants in the immediate area as well. Everything in the apartment is modern and works well. The bedroom is spacious and there is plenty of closet space. the kitchen is big enough with a full size refrigerator. The AC is excellent, as is the bathroom. The washer is new and does the job in less than 90 minutes. The balcony is a plus and nice for breakfast.

very spacious with all mod cons and 2 balconies (one with dining table). Well located with restaurants/cafes nearby (Aveiro centre is 10 min walk away). Very clear check-in instructions although passcode to enter the building didn't work.Constructive tip for the property manager - a few essentials would have been very welcome (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, more toilet roll)

Adequately equipped but given the length of our stay, some things (such as toilet paper) could have been provided in larger quantities. Also, the tv is a standard (non-smart) tv so no access to VOD Apps etc. We also had our crawling 1 year old with us and whole the property as a whole was clean, the floors weren't cleaned to that high degree.
