Aurora’s nursery is located within a residential complex surrounded by greenery in the southern part of Nepi, a peaceful setting adorned with trees and green meadows in the municipality of Tuscia Viterbese—one of the most picturesque and attractive areas of Lazio, where the interplay of ancient villages, castles, and green hills create an unforgettable mosaic landscape rich in distinctive colours and lush scenery, while offering travellers a unique and special atmosphere.
The property is situated in a strategic location; in fact, Nepi is 5 km from the house, 8 km from Ronciglione—which was named the best village in Italy in 2023—and 5 km from the property is an international golf course, 12 km from Lake Bracciano and Lake Martignano, while Lake Vico is 18 km away. Finally, the Eternal City (ROME) is just 30 km away. The Rome-Florence highway junction is just 25 km from the villa. Just a few minutes from the property are natural attractions such as the Veio Regional Park with its wonderful trails, the Sorbo Valley, and the Via Francigena. Finally, just 30 km from the villa lies Viterbo with its thermal spas
Villa Aurora’s Nest offers guests a well-maintained garden of approximately 500 square metres, a whirlpool tub, an 8x3 swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. Two patios with garden furniture chosen with care and attention to detail. A barbecue where guests can enjoy cooking and grilling their own recipes.
The villa measures 110 square metres and is spread over two floors: a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, a kitchen, a TV, and heating.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet
A kitchen with an oven, mini-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with 4 beds divided into two sections (one double bedroom and one with two bunk beds), another double bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub, toilet, and bidet.
In the attic, there is a small fitness area with a mini-gym that allows travellers to spend some free time during their stay. This mini-gym has been removed due to neglect and safety hazards caused by travellers who physically injured themselves.
The villa is equipped with: a washing machine, a changing table for infants, a cot, and a refrigerator. Internet (free Wi-Fi),
Near the villa, you’ll find: supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks, electric vehicle charging stations, and horseback riding stables. Sheets and towels are available upon request for 11.00 euros per person.
P.S. The villa is equipped with security cameras; inside the house, guests have full control over their operation—they can turn them on or off as they wish. However, upon the guest’s arrival, we hand over the villa with the cameras turned off and inform them of their presence.
