There is an elevator that takes you to the 4th level for the apartment and costs 0.10 per ride. The agent has to meet you to allow you in and was very nice and helpful plus recommended restaurants to eat at. The water pressure in the shower is very low, the hot water in the shower was not consistent and we often needed to run the hot water in the bathroom sink to get it going in the shower. The faucet in the kitchen had the same issue. The apartment was very clean and the interior design is beautiful. There is a washer on the right side of the kitchen behind a cupboard door but need to bring your own detergent.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral (10 min bis Hauptbahnhof und Metro, Tram vor der Haustür) und ist mit den Fenstern zum Innenhof sehr ruhig. Es gibt viel Platz zum Verstauen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche ans Kochen hat. Das Bad inklusive Dusche ist angemessen groß. Es gibt selbstverständlich warmes Wasser, aber das braucht etwas Zeit und der Druck ist nicht sehr stark. Beim Streamen lief hingegen alles flüssig. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei ist um die Ecke. Zudem gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, welche frischen Fisch anbieten. Restaurants gibt es auch, aber die Auswahl ist gering.

Zentrale Lage und doch ruhig

Wohnung modern umgebaut, Küche komplett eingerichtet, große Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Achtung: 10 Cent für die Benutzung des Aufzuges (4. OG) erforderlich!
