Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Très déçu. L’annonce est nettement plus flatteuse que la réalité : logement exigu, beaucoup moins joli et spacieux qu’on ne l’imagine sur les photos.Surtout, un échafaudage et des travaux étaient présents devant les fenêtres, sans que cela soit indiqué. Impossible d’ouvrir les deux fenêtres, alors que le logement est par ailleurs très bruyant. C’est une information essentielle qui aurait dû être signalée avant la réservation.L’écart entre l’annonce et la réalité est beaucoup trop important. Certains avis publiés ici me laissent également perplexe au regard de mon expérience.

Das Beste an meinem Aufenthalt war definitiv die Lage. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist zwar kompakt, bietet aber alles Notwendige, wie ein bequemes Doppelbett und eine ordentliche Küchenzeile, die mir während meiner Reise geholfen hat, bei den Mahlzeiten zu sparen.

J'ai séjourné ici pendant que je travaillais à Paris, et cela correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. L'installation du bureau était idéale pour faire un peu de travail, et la cuisine avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. De plus, être proche de la Gare de l'Est rendait les trajets faciles sans stress. La propreté était également remarquable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable.

Une multiprise a été installée à ma demande pour brancher les appareils. Lavabo à déboucher, ventilation salle d'eau trop bruyante. Sinon bon lit.
