We loved the location and the view from the property. The kitchen is convenient and well stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots and pans to make it easy to prepare meals. Also, grocery stores are very near to the property. It was very easy to use the bus to light rail and it was convenient to have laundry appliances in the apartment. One comment would be that the dryer works best with smaller loads. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Bergen.

This property is "tired." It could use significant upgrade and upkeep. Great city view and great location near harbor and Bryggen. Small bathroom with no hooks or hangers. Furniture very basic. An "OK" place.

Great location and easy walks to many sites that are great for children. Very cute apartment that is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children and it was nice and quiet even with the proximity to the city center. Communication with the owner was timely, well informed, and apartment access was straightforward! There are two mini grocery stores just a short walk away and the train station is only about a 10 minute walk, which is an easy walk. We wished we had a couple more days to stay!

This property is in a great location. It can be tricky to find at first and Google isn't much help but just set back enough from the tourist chaos but close enough to access all that Bergen has to offer. Great stay, I'd recommend it.

Great place for us, two couples. Good grocery store uphill very near. Pub downhill for easy dinner. Nice view from balcony looking towards harbor we explored on foot. Host Geir responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this cozy and clean home. The location couldn't be better. The view of Bergen is beautiful, it is very quiet, and we were able to reach everything we wanted to see on foot.Geir was responsive to my questions and very helpful. The only regret we had was that we couldn't stay longer.

The apt could have been cleaner. Laundry was left in the dryer and the dishwasher had not been emptied. There is no silverware to even eat with. One spoon to make coffee with and that was all. The sheets that were put on the larger bed were clearly not intended to fit that bed and kept pulling off on the corner. We did not feel the host communicated properly when we voiced our concerns at check-in.

Great place and excellent host

Geir was so patient and accommodating for my family. He was quick to answer all questions (even my stupid ones). The flat was perfect. Tremendous views. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and warm!!! I would give this flat 10 stars!

Overall a nice location and property. Can be a bit hard to find, but when Geir send along photos is was helpful. The "green gate" is set back quite a ways from the street. Views from the Terrace were lovely. Location was close to a bus stop, so that helped as we navigated Bergen. Might be helpful to have a sheet with some specifics about the washer and dryer, but we were able to figure it out.

The property wasn’t on the street listed and we had to call the property owner to find it. Then the lock wouldn’t open but he sent a friend quickly who got us in.Even though the place could use some updating, we enjoyed ourselves there and were close to the wharf and harbor. The view was super!

Our host was very gracious. He promptly responded to any questions we had. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of anything we wanted to see such as waterfront and Bryggen. Because Bergen is built on many hills we did found if you first walk down, you'll be walking up on your return. Even with my arthritis, I was able to make the hike okay. Their is a beautiful view from the patio. The location was great for the four of us.

Compact but very effective. Kitchen was well appointed ad everything worked. Great outlook from terrace. Supermarket and pharmacy 50 metres away. 5 minute walk down hill to Brygen but a very quiet location. Highly recommended
