Beautiful and peaceful villa, but a challenging location
The villa itself is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature, with a lovely view. We really enjoyed the quiet setting and the relaxed atmosphere, which made it a great place to unwind. The outdoor areas and the pool were perfect for spending time together as a group, and we also loved seeing pheasants around the property in the mornings. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the privacy and the natural surroundings.
The location itself is of course not something that can be changed, but guests should be aware that the villa is situated up a very steep hill. For those planning to spend the day at the beach, visit Skiathos Town in the evening and regularly go grocery shopping, getting back and forth can be quite demanding without private transportation. We were a group of seven, including a 3-year-old child, and the buses were often already full by the time they reached our stop.
Given the location, offering or arranging some form of shuttle or transfer service for guests would be a very useful addition.
The towels could also be improved. They were quite worn, and we received only one large and one small towel per person for our five-night stay, with no replacement. Fresher towels and at least one towel change during the stay would be appreciated.
