The first floor has 4 bedrooms: the first with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed (140x190), a shared bathroom with WC, the third with a double bed (140x200) and a private bathroom with WC, and the fourth with a double bed (160x200), a crib, a private bathroom with WC, and a private balcony.

The second floor opens onto a spacious 90m² rooftop with an equipped summer kitchen (dishwasher), tables and chairs, a large sunbed, a bathroom with shower and WC, a washing machine, access to a solarium with loungers, and 360° views of the sea and mountains. A barbecue is also available.

A skylight runs from the ground floor to the rooftop, adding Mediterranean charm.
