Villa Angela Ranza 55

Villa Angela is an oasis of peace conveniently located in the heart of the hills on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 20 km from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. Perugia is 45 km away, and Città di Castello is just 15 km away.
The villa was completely renovated in 2024, preserving the stone structure typical of historic buildings in the area and expertly restoring the original materials while adding a touch of contemporary design.

Villa Angela has two double bedrooms plus a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people in total. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a second living room, and a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets over the hills.
There is a wonderful swimming pool (10x4 metres) and a garden for the exclusive use of guests.

Guests will have the entire house and the swimming pool at their disposal for exclusive use.

Wonderful place!!

We had such a great time at Villa Angela, we loved everything from the house , to the swimming pool to the terrace . The house is fully equipped with everything you need and the host are very friendly and welcoming. If you want to enjoy some rest surrounded by the nature this is the right place.

Heel aangename, praktische en kraaknette woning met een stijlvol interieur. Het geweldige zwembad is heerlijk en biedt 100% privacy. Ook de host is heel erg aangenaam in de omgang en vlot te bereiken. Een absolute aanrader!

Een heerlijk, net volledig vernieuwd, huis met een zalig zwembad en mooie uitzicht. Heel rustig en stil voor een compleet ontspannen vakantie met grote privacy. De auto staat veilig achter een gesloten hek. Het huisje zelf ligt afgelegen maar met de auto zijn prachtige , authentieke Etruskische plaatsen te bezoeken. Ook Perugia en Assisi zijn binnen het uur te bereiken. Winkels en restaurants op 10a 15 minuten rijden. Heel vriendelijke gastheer Luca, die goed bereikbaar is. Een toplocatie midden in de natuur voor mensen die houden van rust en privacy en het mooie, authentieke Umbrië.
