Property as described. Great little villa with pool on the (very) outskirts of Kolympia. Access via electronic key code on patio door. We booked supermarket delivery (recommended by host) for first night (beers helpfully left in fridge). Pool is lovely and cleaned regularly. Place is really quiet with great views of the hillside and goats. Easy drive to Rhodes Old Town and Lindos. Good beaches nearby- we liked Stegna and Charaki. Would recommend.

The villa was very comfortable, perfect location, the cleaning service is excellent. The garden and pool were great with plenty of seating area for eating out as well as lounging in the sun. We of course will recommend this villa and your agency to our family and friends.

What a gem of a villa! Villa 12 Chado was the perfect retreat for our little group of two, nestled in the lovely Kolympia area of Rhodes. The property's private pool, private off-road parking, location and stunning sunset views were absolute highlights.

The Villa and pool were very well-maintained and we had everything we needed!! This was our first time with this agency, but we will highly recommend them. We had a great time! Plenty of nice beaches were nearby, and there was a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. close to many points of interest.
