It is very peaceful there with beautiful sea views. You need a car to get around though. We spent most of our time in the villa, cooking and enjoying the pool.

The house is in a great location, about 5 mins drive to Sivota, which has a great selection of bars/restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The house itself is a bit tired but it has amazing views and lots of outside space to enjoy watching the boats sailing by. We had a very happy week there.

It was perfect for us.

It was perfect for us. Despite the very high temperatures the sea breezes were a great help. The staff is super kind and helped us plan our activities for the whole week, always being at disposal for any need we might have had. The pool was very clean in a nice setting and a breathtaking view.

Beautiful villa, but several areas need attention.The villa itself is lovely. The pool is fantastic, the views are incredible, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and have given it four stars, although we were very close to giving three.Our biggest issue was the sea-bathing area, which was one of the main reasons we chose this villa over another. There were only two loungers, both broken and unusable, while the others were lying on the seabed. Not an attractive sight when snorkeling. The ladder was also damaged and hanging loose, with a couple of the steps broken. The exterior was also quite untidy on arrival, leaves covered the steps and patios, which I tidied. The TV remote only turned the TV on and did not control the volume or other functions, even after I bought new batteries. One of the oven side racks is broken and kept falling off while cooking. Internet intermittent.Something else to be aware of is that eating outside was impossible due to very high number of wasps. We tried once but were quickly swarmed by 10 or so. There are also a lot of Oriental Hornets around. They did not particularly bother me, but children may be uncomfortable around them. I appreciate that insects can be seasonal and not entirely within the owner’s control, but it did affect our enjoyment of the outside areas. This could be an excellent villa, but the sea-bathing area urgently needs sorting to justify a stronger review.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind perfekt. Der Service war sehr gut -schnelle Antworten der Agentur und vor Ort ebenfalls unkomplizierte Kommunikation bei Problemen. Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert und ein Auto ist mehr als empfehlenswert.
