Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Was uns ein wenig überrascht hat, ist, dass die Vermieterin unten wohnt. Die Wohnung ist vermutlich als Maisonette Wohnung gedacht, die obere Etage ist die Ferinewohnung. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt mit den 900 Metern ist zwar Richtig, aber Luftlinie und nicht wirklich zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Davon haben wir uns blenden lassen, wir dachten wir hätten auch am Abend "mal eben" in die Stadt gehen können. Dies müsste explizit in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Die Matratzen in den Betten könnten gegen neue ausgetauscht werden, es sind Federkernmatratzen, bei denen man jede Feder spürt.

Hyggelig og rummelig lejlighed med god placering og god værtinde.

Vi tilbragte 5 nætter i Maria Stella's lejlighed - så på kunst og spillede golf - og nød hvert minut af vores ophold. Lejligheden ligger centralt placeret, kun 900 stejle meter fra Perugia's historiske centrum og tæt på et Conad supermarked. Lejligheden er ren og godt vedligeholdt og med Maria Stella som værtinde føler man sig velkommen fra første øjeblik. Perugia er en skøn lille middelalderby og er man kunstinteresseret kan man sagtens få en lille uge til at gå med at udforske byen og de nærliggende byer Asissi og Orvieto. Kommer vi tilbage til Perugia booker vi gerne samme lejlighed.

Tutto perfetto

Vorrei ringraziare la Signora Maria Stella, padrona di casa gentilissima. L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla con parcheggi proprio sotto casa. È tutto pulito, ordinatissimo. Menzione d'onore al letto con un piumino fantastico!!! Perugia ed i paesi intorno al lago Trasimeno sono posti da visitare e rivisitare...spero di tornare prestissimo!

Nice flat, unfortunately not in Perugia

Maria Stella was very helpful and pleasant. Flat nice to sleep in and cook, but limited for sitting as only balcony ( with associated wildlife) and bedroom to sit in. Straight main road up- and I mean up - to Perugia may be 900 meters but no pavement so only for those who have had enough of life as always traffic. Bus up on a hairpin road is reliable and safer, but stops early evening. No footpaths or reliable info nearby. Perugia is gorgeous.

Gentilissimi ospiti,ringrazio per il riscontro sulla mia disponibilità ed utilità e per aver trovato bello il mio appartamento,per quello che riguarda la zona soggiorno,è tutto molto ben visibile, ciò che l'appartamento offre, dalle foto che sono molto veritiere,come molti miei ospiti confermano,inoltre sono sempre molto attenta a fornire informazioni su vantaggi e svantaggi della posizione della casa a seconda delle esigenze dei viaggiatori, per esempio: presenza di bambini,se sono muniti o meno di auto, se vogliono andare a piedi, se hanno bisogno dell'autobus ed altro, ma delle loro esigenze devo essere informata prima del loro arrivo per poter dare le giuste risposte, altrimenti non posso offrire l'eccellenza a cui voglio tendere, e che molti miei ospiti mi riconoscono. A questa finalità, invito sempre a fornirmi e richiedermi tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno.Sottolineo una indicazione presente nel mio annuncio:"Uso dell'auto consigliato",infatti è vero che l'appartamento è fuori porta a 900 mt dal Centro Storico 'zona 1' ma la strada è un pò in salita ed è effettivamente trafficata, anche se alcuni miei ospiti si sono avventurati a percorrerla a piedi, pur avendo l'auto!... ma questa è un'altra storia...buona Vita, dal Cuore

Great place, clean, spacious and very nice balcony

The owner of this property, Maria Stella, was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. The apartment was super clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed some lovely Italian food and wine on the balcony after spending days visting the beautiful places in the vicinity. We would love to come back again. Thank you, Maria Stella.

Comoda e confortevole

Arrivati il 31 di dicembre intenzionati a passare il capodanno in questo appartamento, in 4 ( due coppie) ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, casa piccola ma con tutto quello che serve due camere matrimoniali, letti comodi, pulitissima e la signora che gestisce la casa, disponibilissima. Siamo stati veramente bene!
