Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View

Ideal for seaside lovers, just 100 m from the beach and Ile Callot, this residence is located in a quiet area 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, where you'll find the shops. The flat is well laid out with a lovely sea view, and comprises a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and separate WC. A lounge with a sofa bed for a second 2-person berth and a very bright living room. You have access to a laundry room with a washing machine.

The accommodation is very well located 100m from Ile Callot for a nice walk, admire the Château du Taureau on the footpaths. Close to the town centre with its market every Thursday morning, around you will find many businesses: bakery, café, restaurant and very convenient supermarket casino. In the surrounding area you can visit Roscoff and the Ile de Batz, a great family outing, take a boat trip to admire the Bay of Morlaix and much more, there is a multitude of choices available to you in this beautiful region.

Excellente situation dans une ville charmante. L'appartement était conforma à l'annonce et la communication avec Julianna très bonne. J'y reviendrai volontiers avec ma famille.

Très décevant, nous n'y retournerons pas une 3ème fois.

Outre la localisation, contrairement à notre séjour d'il y a 2 ans tout est à repenser. . Ascenseur en panne, escalier hors norme pour le substitué, propreté logement limite, vaisselle avec des casseroles percées et pas plus de pièces de vaisselle que d'usagers, portes de meuble cuisine qui ne ferment pas, salle d'eau de 2.5 m², on ne peut pas se tourner et plus que vétuste, pelouse non tondue (hauteur de l'herbe plus de 50 cm) piscine dans un état lamentable (skimers cassés) etc...

We can provide you with bed linen and towels, just let us know when you book your stay, otherwise you can choose to send your own linen. Payment for linen will be made on arrival. THE PRICE OF LINEN: 15 euros for a single bed and 21euros for a double bed, including towels. Entrance is from 4pm to 7pm, departure at 10am. Please let us know if you are arriving later or leaving earlier. The cleaning is important for the comfort of the travellers for that we ask 45 euros. Pets are welcome at the residence, just let us know when booking: 25 euros for the stay. A large car park is available during your stay.
