I don’t typically leave negative reviews, particularly when an owner or management company makes a genuine effort to address problems. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.The Good:The location is excellent, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Those are significant positives.The Bad:The biggest issue is the air conditioning,or, more accurately, the lack of it. The property is advertised as having air conditioning, but there was no functioning air conditioning during our stay. There were not even fans in the rooms to circulate the air, so our only option was to open the windows.That created another problem. The unit faces a courtyard where noise carries remarkably well. With the windows open, you can hear conversations from other units and people in the courtyard quite clearly. If you are a light sleeper or value a quiet room, this is something to consider.The pillows were also surprisingly poor. They were essentially small, square throw pillows rather than normal rectangular sleeping pillows. For a property being rented to overnight guests, decent bed pillows seem like a pretty basic expectation.The apartment itself is very small,considerably smaller than the listing photos suggest. The photos appear to use angles or stretching that make the rooms look much larger than they actually are. For a solo traveler or a couple staying a night or two with minimal luggage, it may be perfectly adequate. We stayed for a week with suitcases, and there was so

As a fellow property owner of high-end rentals in Deer Valley, Utah, I understand the importance of guest experience and the impact of online reviews. I am reaching out to you directly to provide an opportunity to address several significant failures during our stay.My wife and I traveled to Paris to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. We chose your property based on its high ratings; however, the reality of the experience was far below the standard advertised.Critical Issues Encountered:Arrival & Access Failure: It took over one hour to gain entry to the unit. The instructions provided were incomplete and failed to mention the specific "key" contact required for the second security gate. We were only able to enter after a resident assisted us. Furthermore, the fourth code for the lockbox was difficult to execute due to poor lighting and unmarked doors.Customer Service Hurdles: When calling the helpline for access assistance, the service was unprofessional and the agent was difficult to hear over a crying baby in the background.Inaccurate WiFi Information: We spent 30 minutes attempting to connect to the network using the provided written instructions. We were later told by your representative, Gabriel, that the written instructions were "obsolete and wrong."Maintenance Issues: The kitchen trash can lid was broken and non-functional (see attached photos of the shower and kitchen)While the location of the property is excellent, the lack of basics

Ik vond het geweldig dat het zo dicht bij de Colonne Vendôme en andere beroemde plekken zoals het Louvre zat. Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi wat traag was, maar we hebben het gered. Kortom, absoluut een geweldige plek om de stad te verkennen!
