Great walkable location to many sights. Assistance with early check in provided via Customer Service phone in lobby. Bedding and pillows were uld and shabby and need updated. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine provided.

No staff on location. You just get a code by e-mail. Room was a bit worn down but decent enough. WiFi worked the first days but then stopped working for the remaining week. No cleaning unless you e-mail the day before. This was a bit weird. Beds okay. Overall cleanliness was ok. Refrigerator was good and safety deposit box. The shower flooded over and made the floor wet if you showered longer than 3 minutes. Quite a lot of noise from pubs on the street outside until 1 am. But the location was excellent! Right in the centre of everything.
