Blacks Beach Retreat,Wi-Fi, near Harbor & Steps to Twin Lakes Beach!

Mediterranean home that steps to the private end of Twin Lakes Beach. Blacks Beach has great swimming, surfing and skim boarding. Walk to the Harbor, Crow's Nest, Como di Lago, The kind Grind Coffee Shop and other great spots. Bike rentals available. Our house is fully equipped for your enjoyment. bath and beach towels, linens and down quilts. There are two master bedrooms (California king & two extra long twin beds) with full baths upstairs and balconies. There is a queen sofa bed downstairs with a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is indoor dining room seating for four and outdoor seating.

A warm outdoor shower is located on the side yard and there is a tropical secluded patio in the backyard with gas BBQ, dining table and chairs. Skim boards, boogie boards and beach toys are provided. This home is perfect for two couples or a family. (2-6 occupancy). We will accept pets upon approval but there is an additional fee. Parties and Weddings are not allowed.

Blacks Beach Retreat has a unique floor plan that offers two bedrooms with an indoor/outdoor feel and if needed a convertible bed downstairs all with their own bathrooms and sense of privacy. The decor is spot on Santa Cruz and the location is perfect is you like to wake up and walk down to a spectacular sweeping view of the Monterey Bay from Steamers and the Wharf to the Santa Lucia Mountains standing behind the Monterey Peninsula. We loved it!! And we absolutely love Santa Cruz.

Our family of four was so happy with this house! A few houses from a wonderful, dog friendly beach, and the inside was great! Everything we needed was there, it was extremely clean, cute, and well stocked! Nice towels, lots of extra linens and blankets, plenty of toilet paper...we just felt well taken care of! Pet friendly property in an excellent location. Very easy access to dog friendly beach just a short walk down the street. Easy drive to the boardwalk, shopping, dining or nearby Capitola. Why they chose this property

We bought this property so our sons could participate in the Junior Lifeguard Program which is run on Twin Lakes Beach and for a family get away. We have spent many Summers and vacations here and really enjoy the location.

What makes this property unique

Live like a local on this quiet residential street that is steps to the beach, local farmers market and many unique restaurants. Relax in our private backyard patio while listening to the waves and sea life.
