We had a great stay at The Essence and would definitely recommend it! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. Reception was expecting us, and our apartment key was ready. Our studio apartment was exactly as advertised ,exceptionally clean, tastefully designed and equipped with everything we needed. However, we soon realised we would benefit from a little more space. We contacted our host, Andy, who kindly arranged for us to move into a one-bedroom apartment the following day. The second apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished and equally spotless, with high-quality kitchen appliances and all the amenities we needed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Andy was professional, polite, accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions or requests. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he never let us down. He also went above and beyond by recommending a local barber, as well as bars and restaurants to visit. His local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations were a lovely personal touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception and housekeeping staff were equally fantastic, genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. When I requested a hairdryer, one was delivered almost immediately. Housekeeping also provided fresh towels, changed the linen and cleaned the apartment during our stay, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay at The Essense again highly recommend.!
