The property features 12 spacious, stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. With the living room, dining room, kitchen, and four bedrooms (complete with bathrooms) all located on the ground floor, the villa is also ideally suited for care groups; guests with disabilities particularly enjoy staying here.

Guests can enjoy the spacious garden and watch skydivers landing from nearby Teuge Airport. The Veluwe region offers numerous local attractions, such as Palace 't Loo, De Apenheul, and nearby golf courses. The villa is reserved exclusively for your group; there are no other guests on the premises.

The modern design combines flexibility and functionality, making it ideal for both relaxation and productive retreats. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For meetings or training sessions, you can make use of the adjacent facility known as 'De Vergaderfabriek' (The Meeting Factory); feel free to ask us about the options.
