Das Haus ist relativ neu, groß, modern eingerichtet und liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung aus 3 Häusern. Der Weg zum Hafen bzw. Wasser ist mit 2,5-3km recht weit. Untypisch für schwedische Häuser war, das der Garten hier sehr ungepflegt bzw. nicht angelegt war. Es gab statt Rasen nur Unkraut, viele kleine Müllecken und weder eine Schaukel noch irgendetwas anderes für die Kinder. Leider hatte man so keine Lust, Zeit im Garten zu verbringen. Einzig die Holzterrasse war groß und gut. Die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft war mittelmäßig, dafür gab es eine lange Liste, was wir bei Abreise zu putzen haben. Alles in allem bekommt man hier ein großes und modernes Haus, mit Abstrichen beim Wohlfühlfaktor
