Amenities include gas central heating, an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, and a darts board, with fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen provided. There is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, and gas barbecue, plus private parking with ample space. 1.7 miles from a shop, 1.8 miles from a pub, and 0.1 miles from the river, offering an ideal retreat for larger gatherings. Towels are not provided, please bring your own. No stag parties

Boat trips are available from the harbour and another attraction within walking distance of the town centre is Segontium, a Roman fort and museum, housing many important finds. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and is close to the lovely beaches of Ynys Mon (Anglesey) and the Lleyn Peninsula as well as the mountains and rivers of Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), including the renowned mountaineering town of Llanberis at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).
