The place was great, had all the kitchen appliances you need , I made a nice dinner for the family. A very large wooden table made room for everyone. It was very clean and comfortable, the company that looked after the place were very helpful. Loved using the boogie boards, that were there, the waves were great Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful spot

A great place to stay for a few days in Tamarindo. A quick walk to the beach. Lovely air conditioning and pool area to cool down, and even saw some monkeys in the tree across the street. Clear check-in and checkout instructions.

Location, Location!

Perfectly outfitted comfortable 2 bed 2 1/2 bath condo, only minutes from groceries, the beach and restaurants. Excellent Property Management communication and attentiveness. Pleasant quiet atmosphere, for 30 unit property, and lovely staff and neighbours! We are already booked here again for next year!

Clean and convenient

We had a great stay at Matt's condo in Tamarindo. It's super convenient to everything in Tamarindo, the beach, the restaurant, and the shopping. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was super convenient! The condo was clean and airy. The downstairs couch is too big for the common space but we managed.

Walkable townhome

This VRBO is well appointed for kitchen use. AC in every room, pool outside the door, 5 minute walk to town or the beach. The Property Management company, Pacific Horizon, was very responsive - we had WIFI issues and it was fixed within hours! Thanks for the stay in Tamarindo!

Clean, great location!

The property its self is beautiful, well maintained complex. Pool was always clean and perfect temperature. The condo it self was clean and more space then we needed, has everything you’d need for a great stay. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach or restaurants and shops. Matt and his team were attentive and made sure to reach out on multiple occasions to ensure there was nothing wrong and nothing we needed. All in all couldn’t have asked for more,so appreciative for everything!

Wonderful return to Tamarindo Villa Verde 2

Great area and complex. Matt had lots of recs for things to do and places to eat. Condo kitchen was well equipped. Seating for balcony needs updating. Portable chairs broken but these issues were addressed with Matt. Communication was great.

Peaceful and quiet

Extremely well appointed unit with a choice of two well maintained pools. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown Tamarindo. Kitchen was one of the best appointed we have ever stayed. Washer and dryer was a huge plus and was really appreciated as we are light travellers. Management company was extremely responsive. Only gave a 4 for check in/out process because you had to pickup/dropoff your keys at the management company, and the instructions didn't have the gate code. Luckily another resident filled us in. A drop box on the gate for the keys would be more easy on customers. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Clean

The property is very clean, and that is the most important for me. Host communicated very well. It is basic, which is to be expected for the price. Felt safe. I would like to decorate the place, and the sheets and towels could be better quality. A coat of paint would improve everything! The headboard clanks against the wall every time you move in the bed. A minor issue. The only major issue is that if you are not supposed to flush toilet paper, a covered container should be provided. I have been to other countries with this issue, and that was always the case. That is a big problem, and I would not expect anyone to follow the no flushing policy without the proper accomodationalways a big plus.

This condo has everything and it's spotless. The neighbors in the complex are very welcoming and the pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. We had a little trouble checking in as it wasn't ready when we got there, but we were able to check in later and the manager came and got us from another place in Tamarindo and took us to our condo. Great place!
