Short trip for us but Tobi’s house was so inviting and made us feel at home. Cosy house in a nice area. Perfect for a group, kids, and dog.

Tobi is a pleasure to work with. The home's layout and decor was wonderful and spacious. The fenced backyard was larger than expected and great for the dog to run. The outdoor lighting and deck are great. Easy walk to downtown (sidewalks too). We would return again.

We had a nice stay and it was a perfect place for the family and our dog to visit while in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, a short drive to town and the beach, or even a nice walk into town! The yard and living spaces were great for the family. Tobi, the host was responsive and attentive as well!

Tobi was a great and communicative host. The property was spacious with many rooms and just as described. The outdoor area was nice with a fire pit, as well as an indoor fireplace. Heating worked well, too, and kept us cozy. Location was great to go to dinner in downtown Portsmouth- Quick to walk or uber ride! Very much recommend staying here.

Very clean, great location

Myself and a few friends stayed at the property for two nights. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Its proximity to the city was great, allowing us to walk downtown and back multiple times. If it wasn’t raining we would have used the grill too. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Wedding

Tobi’s home is wonderful! We spent the weekend there celebrating my nephews wedding. The home was comfortable with many extras like games and videos as well as a lovely deck and fenced in yard with lights which added to the festive tone of the weekend! We made some great memories and look forward to returning in the future!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay at Tobi’s Place!

We had an amazing time at Tobi’s house! The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved having two living rooms—it gave everyone space to relax and unwind. The deck and yard were perfect for enjoying the nice weather, and we spent a lot of time out there. The location was also ideal—just a short drive (or even a walk!) to downtown, which made exploring super convenient. Tobi was a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing stay close to the heart of the city!
