Upon opening the door, you’ll find yourself in a splendid living room with parquet flooring in unusual colours and exposed beams on the ceiling. You’ll find a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The living area holds a wonderful surprise: the large dining table transforms into a pool table, perfect for spending a fun day with family or friends. The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, gas stove, and everything you need to prepare meals together. The apartment has 3 large, bright bedrooms, equipped with new mattresses and pillows in two different firmness levels so you can choose the comfort level that’s right for you. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, which can be converted into a third double bedroom upon request. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. The apartment features 3 bathrooms: 2 with both a shower and a bathtub—one of which has a whirlpool tub—and another with a shower and a sauna that can accommodate 4 people. All bathrooms have a window, toilet, and bidet. The apartment features a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and an additional toilet, as well as a splendid wine cellar with a selection of wines from Tenuta Lenzini, the owner of this wonderful apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there are 42 steps to climb before reaching the front door. You’ll need to pick up the keys at Via della Cavallerizza 43, where our office is located, because—since it’s a historic street with an old entrance—we can’t place a security box on the street.
