Casa do Chafariz - Guest House offers modern accommodations with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking next to the house on the farm. Overlooking the village on one side and the farm with fruit trees on the other, you can enjoy a sunny outdoor patio with a covered area, barbecue facilities, and a private garden with artificial grass and sun loungers. You also have access to a shared garden on the farm with artificial grass, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and a shower, where you can enjoy the sun and shade of the orange trees, listen to the birdsong, and observe the sheep and chickens at the back of the farm. This holiday home, prepared for a maximum of 4 guests and with cots available upon request, receives plenty of natural light, has double-glazed windows, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms with showers. A living room and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hand blender, mixer, washing machine and dishwasher, hob, blender and coffee machine and dishes, including wine glasses. White towels and bed linen are provided in this holiday home and cleaning is carried out in the accommodation's own facilities. Water is heated by solar panels, all lamps are LED and the trees and plants are watered with rainwater and spring water from the two wells on the property. The water used in the outdoor shower is reused for tree irrigation and contributes to the growth of pasture for the sheep. The house is located on the outskirts of the village, a few kilometers from the wonderful beaches all in the heart of the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentina Coast Natural Park: 15km from Vila Nova de Milfontes, the mouth of the Mira River and Furnas, 17km from Porto Côvo and its beaches, which you can always visit along the coast on the road that leads to Sines. There are also many other beaches you can enjoy in the region: Malhão, Aivados, Ilha do Pessegueiro, Almograve, Zambujeira, etc. In Cercal and throughout the region you can savor the gastronomy and enjoy the wonderful natural landscapes and trails of the Rota Vicentina.
